Retro 1950s "Diner & Coffee Shop" Matchbook 3 Pack Set

The 3 pack set of retro matchbooks is comprised of reproductions of vintage original match manufacturers' “stock cut” art -designed circa 1961!

This set is based on the retro roadside diners aesthetic of the 50s and 60s and designs like these were distributed by diners and coffee shops in the USA from coast to coast! Included in this set is a Drive-In Restaurant stock cut, a Curbside Diner Take Out Service and a classic Coffee Shop Counter breakfast/lunch scene. 

At that time, all of the match companies offered their own original “stuck cut” clip art for their clients for them to use to enhance their custom advertising matchbooks without them from having to hire their own graphic artists to design their matchbooks.

We’ve resurrected & curated dozens of examples of original whimsical themed retro clip art to be reprinted on our matchbooks as our way of celebrating the "golden age" of match advertising!
