The 3 pack set of retro matchbooks is comprised of reproductions of vintage original match manufacturers' “stock cut” art -designed circa 1961!

At that time, all of the match companies offered their own original “stuck cut” clip art for their clients to use to enhance their custom advertising matchbooks to save them from the cost of hiring their own graphic artists.

We’ve resurrected & curated dozens of examples of original whimsical retro clip art which we've reprinted on our matchbooks as our way of celebrating the "golden age" of match advertising!
